Found Pikes Peak Insurance while seeking a local independent agent. After 36 years of being in the hands of another insurance company, I was tired of feeling like a number or a trophy in the agent's client book. PPIA cut my total insurance bundle by ~35% for equal or better coverage. All, repeat, all of the folks in the office are personable, professional and caring, but my primary contact has been Gretchen. I don't know what she's getting paid, but they need to double her salary! She's intelligent, professional, and funnier than my Aunt Judy trying to learn to water ski on her 82nd birthday. I end up smiling for the rest of the day after one of our conversations. However, don't let her demeanor fool you. She has a core of steel, and I danged well wouldn't want to upset her.
